Anne-Marie works globally as a senior leadership consultant and as an executive and systemic coach. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a senior faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the world premier in person coach training provider. She is an accredited coach and organisational development consultant to the European Union institutions.
With 30 years of professional experience, Anne-Marie held various positions such as communications consultant and project manager responsible for pan-European projects and multi-cultural teams. She also served as a speaker for the European Commission and engaged with industry and civil society representatives on key EU policies.
For the last 15 years she has been exploring cutting-edge modalities to facilitate individual and systemic transformation. Using the latest findings in the field of Neuroscience, Systems Thinking and Integral Leadership she supports organisations to evolve their culture toward more agility and innovation. She uses the Leadership Circle Profile and Culture Assessment as a framework to foster creative leadership and foster greater alignment across organisations. She accompanies leaders and top teams on a transformation journey to embed new mindsets and behaviours into daily practices.
She facilitates workshops and processes to help them to tap into the collective intelligence, sense what is emerging and create from it. She has a track record of coaching executives to upgrade their thinking patterns and to develop new mental frames needed to manage high levels of complexity. She also supports leaders to foster their resilience and cultivate a state of inner coherence needed to be effective in a fast changing environment. She believes that when leaders connect the brilliance of their mind with the power of their heart they can create the conditions for collective flow.
Thanks to her expertise in systemic and team coaching she was invited to co-write a section on team development in the 25th anniversary edition of Sir John Whitmore’s pioneering book Coaching for Performance. Anne-Marie has a dual French and Portuguese nationality and works in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. She lived in Portugal, France, England, the USA and is currently based in Brussels Belgium.
The practice of Mindfulness and Heart-Brain Coherence help her stay grounded in the midst of disruption.
